Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms govern any promotional offer advertised by AE Outdoor Living ("AE," "we," "us"), including the Free Backyard Design Review and any seasonal discounts (collectively, the "Promotion"). By submitting a request you agree to these terms and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Free Backyard Design Review

  • What it is: A complimentary, non-binding review of the photos, location, budget range, and timeline you submit. It is a marketing and discovery tool — not a final construction plan, engineered drawing, permit-ready set, or fixed-price quote.
  • Eligibility: Homeowner (or authorized decision-maker) of a single-family residence located in our Arizona service area. One submission per household per 12-month period. Must be 18+.
  • Excluded: Contractors, designers, or competitors submitting on behalf of a third party; multi-family, HOA-common-area, or commercial properties (those are handled through our commercial intake); requests outside our service area.
  • No purchase necessary: Receiving a design review does not obligate you to purchase or sign a contract, and AE is not obligated to bid or build the project. AE may decline to provide a review at its discretion (for example, scope, budget, or location fit).
  • Delivery: Reviews are typically returned within 5–10 business days of a complete submission. Timing is not guaranteed.

2. Ownership of submitted materials

You represent that you own (or have permission to share) any photos, drawings, plans, or property information you submit. By submitting, you grant AE a non-exclusive license to use those materials internally to prepare your review and, in de-identified form, to improve our design process. We will not publish or share your name, address, or photos publicly without separate written consent.

3. Estimates and pricing

Any price ranges, monthly payment examples, "starting at" figures, or budget guidance shown in marketing or in your review are estimates for planning only. They are not a quote, contract, or offer of financing. Final pricing is set only in a signed, written proposal after a site visit, scope confirmation, and selections.

4. Discount and dollar-off promotions

If AE advertises a specific dollar-off, percentage-off, or upgrade promotion (e.g. "$500 off"), the following apply unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise:

  • Applies only to new projects contracted during the stated promotional window.
  • Cannot be combined with other AE promotions, referral credits, or prior contracts.
  • Minimum project size may apply (typically $40,000+ contracted scope).
  • Has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • Discount is applied to the final invoice; it does not change the AZ ROC-mandated draw schedule for pool projects.
  • AE may modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time without notice. The version in effect on the date your proposal is signed controls.

5. Communications consent (TCPA)

By submitting the design review form (or any AE quote/contact form) you consent to be contacted by AE at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and SMS — about your project. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Testimonials, reviews & project photos

Testimonials and project photography reflect individual experiences and completed AE projects (or representative examples). Materials, finishes, plant maturity, and dimensions vary. Results are not guaranteed.

7. License, warranty & safety

AE Outdoor Living is a licensed Arizona contractor — ROC 340966, 341002, 347738, 211530. All work is performed under a signed, written contract; warranty terms are documented in that contract and supersede anything stated in marketing. Pool projects must comply with Arizona pool-barrier law (A.R.S. § 36-1681) — see our Pool Safety Notice.

8. AZ Registrar of Contractors complaint notice

Any complaint concerning a contractor may be filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at azroc.gov.

9. Modification & void where prohibited

AE may update these terms at any time; the version posted here on the date you submit applies to that submission. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
