We don't take on pool-only projects under $55,000 — at that price point you can't get the build quality we put our name on.

What to expect.
After your free in-home consultation we produce a true 3D rendering of your actual yard. Once the design and fixed-price quote are approved, most custom pools are completed in 8–12 weeks from excavation to first swim. Full front- and backyard remodels run 12–18 weeks, and we coordinate pool, paver driveway, patio, structures and landscape as one project — residential or commercial. You get a written week-by-week schedule before we break ground, and a single project manager who answers the phone the whole way through.

Most of our custom pool projects in the Phoenix Valley fall between $65,000 and $120,000+. Full outdoor living transformations (pool + pavers + pergola + outdoor kitchen + turf + lighting) typically run $120,000 to $250,000+.
How long does a typical pool build take?+
8–12 weeks from excavation to first swim, weather and permits permitting. Full front- and backyard remodels with driveways, structures and landscape run 12–18 weeks.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes — we partner with Lyon Financial, Union West, and GreenSky. Soft-pull pre-qualification takes minutes and does not affect your credit score.
What warranty do you offer?+
Lifetime structural warranty on the pool shell. 5-year workmanship warranty on plaster and decking. All equipment carries manufacturer warranties — typically 2–3 years.
What is the payment schedule for an AE pool project?+
Pool projects follow Arizona ROC standards: 15% down at contract signing, 25% at dig, 25% at plumbing, 25% at decking, and the remaining 10% right before the pool finish goes in.
